One of the biggest problems in UX today is balancing user needs with business goals. This challenge often manifests in the following ways:

Misalignment between user-centric design and business objectives

  • Problem: Businesses often prioritize short-term goals like increasing conversions, monetization, or reducing costs, which can conflict with creating seamless, intuitive user experiences.
