Designing for Generative AI: How UX Can Shape the Future of Intelligent Experiences

Introduction

Generative AI transforms digital experiences, shifting UX design from static interfaces to dynamic, personalized systems that adapt in real-time. My work at Serta provided an early glimpse into this shift. We implemented a system where, depending on analytics data, the page dynamically adjusted based on specific parameters coded into the site. This approach created an adaptive UX, tailoring content and recommendations to user behavior.
