The Butterfly Effect

A good friend of mine and writer Dan Blank, Soccer Poet, has always said, just start writing, so, I am.

These images are not new, the different is how I see them, right versus left, together it looks like a Butterfly, hence the Butterfly Effect.

This is just a introduction, I am writing this as fast as I can, so be patient and think ahead.

I encourage all to write about their UX/UI experiences, that is what makes what we do better.

Faster, smaller, we design reacting to these changes. Responsive design was the first steps to bring desktop browsing to the mobile phone. Has that worked? At first yes, now, No.

Our fingers are not getting longer, phones (at this time) are getting bigger, limiting our reach. This is what I call the Butterfly Effect.

Chrome, Safari, Firefox, etc., have “their” version of UX/UI on mobile. Safari, has done a good job keeping it all within “the Body” of the Butterfly. With everyone trying to figure out what is the perfect UX/UI, many should be looking at the problem, the DEVICE.

Please stay tuned, more to come…
